2. How should I serve my Smith Island Cake?
To obtain the best tastes of our cake, we recommend serving your Smith Island Cake at room temperature. We suggest removing your cake from the refrigerator 60 - 90 minutes before serving.
3. Will my cake spoil?
Your Smith Island Cake will come with handling instructions. Cakes should be served at room temperature, therefore we recommend storing them in the fridge but remove at least 60 - 90 minutes prior to serving. You may remove the cake up to 4 hours before serving, but care should be taken in warm weather as the cake may become too soft for serving.

Refrigerator- 1-2 weeks.
5. Why do you refrigerate your cakes?
We use fresh and perishable ingredients and real butter. The health code regulations require that we refrigerate our cakes prior to your purchase.
