Here are some helpful hints to experience the ultimate flavors of our unique desserts.

If using when delivered:

• Place in refrigerator
• Prior to cutting, leave in tin for optimal freshness
• Repeated removal from tin could damage the design of the cake
• Serve at room temperature
• Do not leave cakes out for extended periods of time
• Do not leave cakes exposed to extreme heat
• Remove cake 1 hour before serving to reach room temperature
• Lasts 7-10 days uncut
• Once cut lasts 3 to 5 days
• Use thin, sharp knife to cut cake
• Cake will serve 14-20 people

If not using right away:

• If not using within 2-3 days, can maintain flavors in freezer
• Keep cake in freezer in tin or keep in cake box and surround with plastic wrap
• Will keep fresh in freezer up to 3 months
• Do not refreeze an already once frozen cake

When removing from freezer:

• Remove from freezer 24 hours before using and place in refrigerator
• We recommend taking cake out of refrigerator 60-90 minutes before serving cake
• The taste of our cakes is superior at room temperature
