Available Positions Bakery

• Growing Cake Bakery in search of qualified bakers/cake decorators.
  Must have Baking Experience! Must be able to scale ingredients, follow basic recipes, ice/decorate cakes, lift 50lbs, stand on feet for long periods of time more then 8 hours. Looking for someone who is hard working, has good communication skills, works well as part of a team, is reliable and has a flexible schedule. Available Positions Front of Cafe

• Assistant/Shift Manager: You will have overall responsibility for ensuring quality products and stellar customer service during the shift; manage staff and cash; monitor cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the shop; take and track advance / custom orders; track inventory levels for front-of-house beverage items and merchandise. Ensure fast and smooth movement of products from kitchen to sales area. Monitor sales area and customer satisfaction. Previous experience as a manager or assistant manager in retail, coffee & bakery areas. Responsibilities including coordinating internet sales. Love managing and a knack for problem solving!
  
  
• Customer Service/Cashier: If you love working with people, this job is for you! You will be responsible for taking and filling orders in a busy environment utilizing a POS system. You will need to keep a smile on always, and make sure all of our customers leave with a smile. Previous retail experience preferred but not required. Cleanliness and organization is a must! You must have an outgoing personality, and love giving top-quality service.
  
  
• Barista: Responsible for production of all hot and cold coffee beverages. Make espresso beverages to order. Keep beverage areas stocked and clean. Cleanliness is a must! Barista experience preferred. Love of coffee.
